At JOSEF SEIBEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original JOSEF SEIBEL box and include the completed return form inside the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
